What's up with the *, you ask? Well, as I mentioned in my last post, Lent starts on 2/6. Fridays during Lent, and Lenten holy days (Ash Wednesday and Good Friday) are meatless days for Catholics.

Off to make my grocery list... and debate if I want to make a king cake for Mardi Gras.
